A fractional model of enzymatic competitive substrate inhibition with Ping-Pong mechanism

Enzymes are biodegradable catalysts naturally present in living organisms. can accelerate biochemical reactions by reducing the activation energy, and they not consumed during reaction processes. Numerous applications of enzymes have been developed biotechnology, industry, medicine, pharmaceuticals, food processing, biofuels, so on. In this study, we develop a mathematical model describing enzymatic with Ping-Pong mechanism competitive substrate inhibition. order to obtain insights into behaviors, use Python software numerical solutions for model. Some discussions on results is provided. Finally, briefly discuss potential application some future work.
